How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. After shipping, items from our US warehouse usually arrive in 5-10 business days. Items that ship from overseas (shown on the product page, like our Paw Cleaner Cup) usually arrive in 7-14 business days. These are estimates, and carrier delays can happen, especially during the holidays.
Why did my order come in two packages?
Items can ship from different warehouses. You'll get tracking for each package.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
My tracking hasn't moved. What do I do?

Sorry about that! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
Which dogs are these for?
Everything at Pupkempt is made for dogs. The Paw Cleaner Cup fits paws up to about 2 inches wide (small and medium dogs), so please measure first. Go slowly, use treats, and stop if your pup seems stressed. For health questions about your dog's paws, skin, coat or nails, please talk to your vet.
